How We Work With You

  • We work with individuals in all phases of life. Whether you want to process your past or trauma, learn how to cope with anxiety, or navigate life transitions, we are here. Our clinicians have a range of individual counseling specialties.

  • Relationships are work, but they don't have to be hard work. Our clinicians help couples and relationships from all walks of life and are ENM/poly/non-monogamy affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and kink aware. We help relationships and couples navigate intimacy, communication, conflict, life transitions, divorce/separation, parenting issues, financial issues, and more.

  • Group therapy is an excellent resource to feel a sense of community throughout the therapeutic experience. Group is an effective and often affordable therapeutic option.

  • Counseling intensives are structured as concentrated and longer sessions with less frequency. Whether you are hoping to do IFS (Internal Family Systems) intensives with one of our trained clinicians or trauma processing, intensives are a great way to effectively address complex issues and engage in deep work. For more information on intensives, please reach out to our team.

  • Our clinicians provide workshops for other therapists who are interested in learning more about specific topics such as sex therapy, relationship therapy, or IFS therapy. We also offer workshops for clients wanting to dive deeper into a topic. Check out our upcoming events here.

  • Our clinicians provide consultation for sex therapy and other clinical issues. Please reach out directly to Hailey Rowe-Mabee at hailey@allpartstherapygroup.com if you are interested in consultation for specific cases.

  • Sex therapy can be treatment for a variety of sexual issues, concerns, and dysfunctions. Our sex therapy clinicians are specially trained to treat issues like sexual drive mismatch, erectile dysfunction, vaginismus, pain with sex, libido issues, exploring non-monogamy, exploring kink, and more. While treatment isn’t necessarily limited to sexual issues, we suggest selecting a therapist that specializes in Sex therapy (and a member of AASSECT) if one of these are a concern you’d like to process.

We Provide Support for…

  • Often life can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating life’s challenges with anxiety or OCD. Our clinicians are trained to help you learn to cope with and process your anxiety or OCD. We use a range of modalities including CBT, exposure therapy, ACT, and IFS.

  • We are here to help you process and understand the effects of addiction on you and your loved ones. Whether you are in active addiction and this is your first time seeking help or you are decades into your sobriety journey, our clinicians can support you at any stage. Our clinicians are equipped to help you process trauma and shame, heal internal and interpersonal wounds, gain coping mechanisms, and find healing.

  • Our clinicians that specialize in sex therapy are trained to work with anything from sexual dysfunction, low libido, mixed agenda couples, kink, pain with sex, erectile dysfunction, anorgasmia, and more. Our clinicians who treat sexual issues are supervised by or members of AASECT (American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists). We believe it takes additional training to properly treat sexual issues and our counselors are dedicated to doing so.

  • Oftentimes we carry the burdens of our past with us, and these experiences continue to weigh us down as we move through life. Our clinicians are trained to help clients process and cope with trauma to help relieve these burdens, gain freedom from limiting beliefs, reduce intrusive thoughts, and minimize your specific trauma triggers. We have a range of modalities to treat trauma and PTSD such as IFS, Inner child, Adlerian, and Psychodynamic work.

  • Whether it’s a new relationship or a decades long one, all relationships have perpetual issues that can be difficult to resolve on your own. Relationship work doesn’t have to feel hard. Our clinicians specialize in working with conflict, communication, sex/intimacy, financial struggles, parenting issues, infidelity, mixed-agenda couples, and more. We use a range of modalities including Gottman Method, EFT, and Intimacy from the Inside Out (an IFS approach to couples therapy).

  • Grief and loss is a deeply human experience that brings up a wide range of emotions that can include indescribable pain, relief, confusion, despondency, and guilt or shame. We are here to walk alongside you as you process losses big and small, making what can be a lonely journey a little less lonely. Our clinicians are trained to help you navigate your unique journey of grief and loss, whether it’s a relationship, a loved one, or a stage of life.

  • Our clinicians are here to help you cope and heal from a wide range of religious trauma. Whether you are deconstructing, reconstructing, walking away from religion and faith entirely, confused about what you believe, or processing specific harms and traumas at the hands of religious leaders or institutions, we are here to help.

  • Pregnancy and postpartum are huge shifts in a person’s life. Our clinicians use both lived experiences and evidence based treatment to help you process and cope with the life-changing shifts that come with pregnancy and postpartum.

  • Whether you are navigating divorce, aging, career changes, menopause, moving cities, or other life transitions, we are here. Our clinicians use both lived experiences and evidence based treatment to help you process and cope with these transitions.
